  3. Motivation: The purpose of our project is an application of kite based sustainable propulsion. We know historic large ships using sails as main propulsion as well as we can see high-performance modern kiteboards achieving high velocity. Kites are designed successively larger in order to enable raising and folding them during journey. For designed yacht, it was chosen C-shape kites, due to four-point mounting system.
