HCM HCM SITE SITE OPT OPTION A A – POSITIVE COMMENTS • Green Space • Preserves green space and playing field. • Important that it keeps actual green space next to tennis court. • Multimodal Transportation • Helps relieve parking issue in a less disruptive way. • Like dual access/Improved flow of traffic into the school. • Like parking + drop off access from 31 st Street • Potential for teaching opportunity with stormwater management area OPTION A: • Best option for Fairlington residents, Green area is Main addition at saved. OPTION C: • Staff and community parking spaces are adequate. Main addition at • Building / Program Spaces front: • Welcoming front entry / administration / new classrooms. 3-story CR wing • • Addition at the front adds to the visual look of the New Gym • school.
