Strict Club Guidelines
- Liquor licensing hours must be adhered to at all times:
Monday – Thursday 4pm – 10pm Friday 4pm – 12am (midnight) Saturday 8am – 12pm (midnight) Sunday 8am – 10pm
- Any alcohol must be consumed within the Red Line Plan
- Cannot – under any circumstances – serve alcohol to
anyone under 18 years of age
Strict Club Guidelines
- Must not serve alcohol to anyone intoxicated
- Further to this, no drunk or disorderly individual can be
permitted entry to the clubrooms
- Anyone purchasing alcohol must complete the sign-in
process in the club register
- All players, members and other club affiliates (partners,
family) must be aware of the alcohol House Policy

- Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst
in the canteen
- The clubroom/pavilions cannot be hired out for private
functions unless temporary licensing is approved
- An on-site RSA holder has the overruling decision on pace
- f drinking, cutting off individuals and coordinating the
duty of care for intoxicated/disorderly patrons (pick up, taxi or drop off)
- No BYO alcohol of any kind is to be brought to the club
unless approved by the committee
- Maximum of 4 drinks per sale to individuals

Coach’s Incentive Bonuses
- $100 bonus for a hat trick
- General fielder’s incentives are capped at 3 catches, and run outs aren’t included
- Stumpings count as a wicketkeeper dismissal but run outs do not
- $50 bonus on top of incentive payment for batsman making 150+ runs in an inning
- $10 bonus for every 10 runs: 101-150 (e.g.. Score 110 gets $10 extra, score of 140 gets $40 extra)
Note – for A Grade only
- $5 bonus for every 10 runs, 101-150 (e.g.. Score 110 gets $5 extra, score of 140 get $20 extra)
Note - B Grade only If a batsman makes 150 runs in 1st XI the total payment will be ($100+$10+$10+$10+$10+$10+$50) = $200 If a batsman makes 150 runs in 2nd XI the total payment will be ($50+$5+$5+$5+$5+$5+$50) = $125
Payments will be made in two instalments by our Head Coach at:
- The Christmas break or upon resumption
- Season’s end
Coach’s Incentives: Rules & Qualifications
To be considered eligible any given player:
- Must be a paid up member prior to the beginning of the match in which you make your
incentive target
- Must have attended training at least once in the two weeks prior to the beginning of the
match in which you make your incentive target
- Players selected in the higher grade who do not accept selection, are ineligible for incentives
in the lower grade
- The Coaches Incentive Manager in conjunction with the Club Committee, will have final say
and can use discretion where they see fit
