Preferred Option: In-Person Instruction • Five days per week • Utilize CANVAS • Ensure preparedness to move to earlier phases if necessary • Desks facing same direction • Curriculum may be modified due to time constraints; priority focus on English/Language Arts and Mathematics • Modify PE/Music/Art

Alternate Option: Remote Learning • Middle/High School: Plato • Not livestreamed or synchronous instruction • Supported by LCSC staff • Elementary School • Not live stream or synchronous instruction • E/LA, Math, Science, Social Studies • No specials • Supported by LCSC staff REQUIREMENTS • Must conference w/ Principal or designee • Medical reason requires documentation • High school students will re-enter regular classes at the next 9-week break

Face Covering/PPE • Face covering strongly encouraged • Required in clinics and according to athletic and extra-curricular plan • Essential for students needing treatments and medications to have a mask at all times • Each school will have an inventory • Teacher/staff request to Principal for additional PPE • Parents should make choices and requirements according to the families’ expectations • All students should have a mask at all times • Emphasized usage for hallways, passing periods, bus

  23. District Precautions • Plexiglass installed in offices and points of sale in cafeterias • UV-C light source sanitizing devices • Reviewing additional air filtration • Additional custodial staff • Staff training • No assemblies • No field trips
