SOCCER OPERATIONS DIRECTOR & OWNER

The clubs philosophy, direction & vision come’s from John Robinson, who’s 15 years playing experience as an ex English Premier League & International player with over 550 league appearances & over 45 international appearances. He has been in the SWFL soccer community for the past 10 years, 1st coaching them starting & establishing clubs. Has helped bring the only semi professional(USL/PDL) men’s team to SWFL. In 2017 he was inducted into the Charlton Athletic Hall Of Fame.

INTRODUCTION

• FORMED - Elite Soccer Academy was formed for the 2016-17 season.

APRIL, L, 20 2018 18 ESA announced a new program that will combine the resources from Elite Soccer Academy & Lehigh Youth Soccer Association(LYSA). This will complement our existing program with a new elite structured program branded Elite Soccer Academy LYSA that launches for our 2018-19 season.

• CLUB PHILOSOPHY - ESA has & will always be built on 100%, transparency, honesty, good environment, ethics, morals, accountability & that

we treat everyone the same. This happens we believe players will develop as soccer players as well as people.

• LOCATIONS - Our home training field for the entire season is Gateway Sherman Soccer Complex. Our home FYSA game field is Lehigh Middle School
• LEAGUE – With our new improved elite program we can participate in FYSA sanctioned leagues & in the future we can also apply for US Club Leagues.
• STATE CUP & NATIONAL CUP - U11/U17 can compete in Presidents Day or Commissioners Cup. U12-U19 teams can compete in either FYSA & US Club State Cup

OURNAMENTS & LEAGUE - Focus is mainly on local & travel but can include local SWFL/Travel league play, determined by SOD & Coordinators

scheduling for other family or work commitments as well as spending quality family time.

• CALENDAR - Players/Parents are supplied a team tournament & training calendar at tryouts, enabling complete transparency prior to committing.

This enables parents to schedule in advance any other commitments they may have. – Only club in SWFL to do this

• PLAYER PATHWAYS - Since formed we have supplied different pathways for our players from Professional, Semi Professional, College (Nationally & Internationally)
• SEASON GAMES - We participate each season in more games over a season than any other organization in SWFL, by an average of 8-10.
• COLLEGE – We have worlds leading college recruitment organization working within a club – Only club in SWFL to have this

US CLUB SOCCER

US Club Soccer’s state cup championship competition allow clubs u12-u19 teams to play in their own State Cup and have the opportunity to advance to the National Cup.

STATE CUP

US Club Soccer’s National Cup is for u12-u19 teams & is the affiliations highest cup competition & is played across the United States. Teams are able to qualify for the National Cup Finals by participating in the State Cup Regionals.

NATIONAL CUP

US Club Soccer’s id2 National Identification and Development Program provides an opportunity for the country’s elite youth soccer players to be identified and developed, and scouted for inclusion in U.S. Soccer’s National Team programs.

PLAYER ID CAMPS LEAGUES

NPL was created to elevate and change the competitive youth soccer landscape by U.S. Soccer with player development and identification platforms, by providing meaningful weekly competition culminating in the NPL Finals. ECNL is sanctioned league to enhance the developmental experience of the elite female soccer players with innovative, player-centered programming female youth soccer players.

Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) is a nonprofit, educational organization dedicated to fostering the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of Florida’s youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of Age.

STATE CUP, PRESIDENTS CUP, COMMISSIONERS CUP

Olympic Development Program(ODP) is to identify players for our men’s and women’s Youth National Teams. The selection process takes place through state, regional and national events..

PLAYER ID CAMPS LEAGUES

FSPL - Florida State Premier League exists to provide elite U14-U19 teams with the opportunity to compete against the most competitive teams within the state of Florida SWFL - Southwest Florida Soccer Association is a locally run organization which is specifically geared towards providing competitive soccer for teams in the area.

FYSA

Florida Presidents Cup, are for u11-u19 teams seeking additional challenges to play against teams of similar abilities for a national title. Florida State Cup, is the first leg of the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series and is the highest premiere competition at the state level.. The National Championship Series is the country's most prestigious national youth soccer tournament,

COLLEGE

Sports Recruiting USA(SRUSA) are the leading college recruitment agency in the world.

• Only club in Florida that has a college recruitment company working directly within the club.
• Enables us to have our own College Recruitment Director. It is not his hobby its his job,
• thus building relationships on a daily basis with college coaches
• Ultimately our focus is to supply the platform for those players that want to play in college

thus obtaining them College Scholarships for our players.

SRUSA SELECT ELITE TEAM PROGRAM

After the small introduction of the SRUSA Select concept last season. For the 2018-19 season we will be introducing the 1st complete SRUSA Elite Select program. Players will be evaluated & selected by their coach, & age bracket coordinator . Selection will be made up from the following components from each player; Fitness, Work Ethic, Team Player, Training & Game Attendance. Players will have the opportunity to be selected for the Fall 2018 program & the 2019 Winter program. Players selected for the Fall 2018 are not guaranteed to be selected for the Winter 2019 program, enabling every player the opportunity to be selected. This enables players to focus on goals to achieve, within their own club thus developing as a player. This is a one of a kind program in SWFL.

Our club has an exclusive partnership in SWFL, with the nations leading college recruitment player portal. In an effort to further assist our players in connecting them to the collegiate level, this fantastic technology is a great addition to our college preparation package & comes right in line with our partnership with SRUSA. College Fit Finder is the #1 recruiting technology platform on the market. Present clubs from the MLS, USL & State already utilize them. LA Galaxy, Chicago Fire, Columbus Crew, & the United States Soccer Coaches to name a few. Every U13+ player gets access to a club branded player profile. Filter academic and athletic information. Track and organize a history of all communication with each college coach school, & have multiple resources & video of recruiting process as well as the academic process & so much more. Within this product all players have access to the professional video editing software, which was purchased by the club for the players. U9 to U10 - Academy

Great introductory program into our full Academy competitive program Our coaching staff focus on the technical development of the individual player by creating a competitive yet enjoyable training environment. Teams are able to participate in the US Club Soccer Of SWFL League & tournaments..

COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

U11 to U12 - Academy

As the players progress into this program coaching staff will continue to refine their technical skills and further develop their tactical awareness, & allow players to practice creativity, game awareness, key skills, communication and most importantly, understanding the importance of being part of a team. In this program players will be introduced to the sports fitness and nutrition component and start to understand the importance to their health & development.

U13 to U15 - Academy

Coaches will introduce players to our tactical training program that aims to improve their team skills with games and challenges that intend to provide players deeper understanding of each single role and position. The training level will increase in their player development, and our tactical training program will be introduced, thus starting the players on a pathway towards achieving excellence. Players develop through our program based on their dedication, potential, work ethic, and sportsmanship. Players committed to this program will be have the opportunity to progress to our u16 to u19 academy pool program.

U16 to U19 – SRUSA Elite Academy Pool

In this program players will have a college preparation program made available through our partnership with SRUSA & College Fitfinder the two leading college recruitment companies in the Nation, both having their own specialized programs. All players train together in a pool format, thus enabling the younger players to develop quicker & for the older players to understand the leadership role they must play in life. Players will be put in teams for their games as normal. All of Our club started this program 2 years ago, & are still the only club within Florida that has this kind of program. All the pool coaches are able to coach & train the players & enabling our staff to see the games as well. Our coaching staff, will work closely with our College Recruitment Director from SRUSA. Players & parents will be educated in the college recruitment process, thus enabling our players in getting college scholarship offers when they are eligible.

U12/U14/U17/U18/U19 - SRUSA Select Elite Team

This program will be introduced from September to December then again from February to April. Players will be selected by the coaching staff who will look at all elements of the players from; Ability, Tactical, Fitness, Work Ethic, Team Player, Training/Game Attendance. Players selected in the 2018 select team does not mean they will be automatically selected for the 2019, as the process starts all over again. This brings competition & drive within our program between players that will want to improve in all aspects of their game. We will be choosing from u12 above for the teams. Players will have an extra nights training with their SRUSA Select coach There is no other program like this on offer within SWFL. *small admin fee applicable (max $95pp)
