Why is service so important at Regis Jesuit?

  • It is part of our mission as Members of this Catholic,

Christian community.

  • It is in keeping with the gospel message of Christ to

share all of the gifts and talents we’ve been given with those who have the least.

  • Performing service can open our eyes to the

injustice and cruelty in our world and teach us to love and understand all people, no matter where they live or what they have.

10th Grade Service Requirements

Sophomores are required to perform a minimum of 20 hours of service 5 of those hours will come from Sophomore Service Day in either September or March. You may begin your Sophomore service during the summer between freshman and sophomore year At least 10 of the 15 hours you serve on your own time must come from a non‐profit agency.
