Vacation - continued

  • We ask that you take your vacation starting on a Tuesday – Friday (not on a

Saturday, Sunday or Monday)

  • Vacations should only cross one weekend (Sat & Sun)
  • Vacations which do not follow the above practice can mean shortages of

residents available to cover teams, and can also mean that other residents cannot take leaves

  • It is helpful to provide additional details concerning your vacation and away

from call requests to help us in scheduling

  • Approvals/Declines are automatically generated through the Domeducation

email but are actually approved or declined by the contacts shown in the Vacation Categories document

  • Please plan ahead!!!
