Vacation
- Most definite means of getting time off
- Send your requests in as early as you can but at least by the beginning
- f the previous block
- Vacation can be taken in any increment up to 7 days per
block*Exceptions can be made on an ad hoc basis at the discretion of the Program
- Maximum 14 business days during CTU experience – 7 days off per 8

2017/07/31 13
Vacation - continued
- We ask that you take your vacation starting on a Tuesday – Friday (not on a
Saturday, Sunday or Monday)
- Vacations should only cross one weekend (Sat & Sun)
- Vacations which do not follow the above practice can mean shortages of
residents available to cover teams, and can also mean that other residents cannot take leaves
- It is helpful to provide additional details concerning your vacation and away
from call requests to help us in scheduling
- Approvals/Declines are automatically generated through the Domeducation
email but are actually approved or declined by the contacts shown in the Vacation Categories document
- Please plan ahead!!!
