Short History of Current Program
- Program was set up so CRAA would have multiple firms
available to use quickly.
- 31 disciplines were established.
- Lump sum (LS) agreements executed for services less than
$50,000 based upon negotiated scope.
- Hourly agreements executed for services $50,000-$149,999
based upon technical proposals and then negotiated scope.
- Program was extended through 2018.
