  1. 1/10/2019 Introduction of stunted stone fruit trees in the conditions of Northern Tajikistan Mukhamedov A.Kh. - PhD, Ismailov D.T. October 30-31, 2018 A brief history of the development of intensive gardening and its significance  In many European countries, in the middle of the last century, the importance and effectiveness of intensive orchards of fruit crops were proved. The most important advantage of intensive gardening over the traditional old method of cultivation is that its seedlings begin to bear fruit from 2 years after planting, and from 3-4 years they produce an economic harvest. In addition, it is easier and more convenient to carry out agro technical measures behind low-growing trees: spray plant protection products, cut branches and form a crown, harvest, etc.  1

  2. 1/10/2019 Relevance of the topic In the republics of Central Asia, including here in Tajikistan, the transition from the traditional old method of cultivating fruit crops to intensive gardening has started quite recently. The first information about the laying of undersized and dwarf apple crops in our republic appeared only in 2005- 2010. For the period of 2016 -2020 years. in the Republic of Tajikistan, the State Program was adopted, according to which, by 2020, 20 thousand / ha of new gardens and vineyards, including more than 500 hectares of intensive gardens, are planned to be laid. Brief description of the research site  For the purpose of preliminary research of undersized varieties of stone fruit crops and the laying of an intensive garden, the best varieties of apricot, peach, plum and sweet cherry were acquired in one of the world's famous nurseries of the Battistini Vivai company (Italy). The gardens were laid on the territory of the subsidiary farm of the Buona grain company, in the Samgar massif, in February 2012.  2

All gardens of stone fruit cultures are laid out according to the 5x4 m scheme. The stock for apricot and plum varieties is used - Mirobalan 29C, for the peach varieties the stock is GF 677. And cherries are grafted on Antipka stock.  The garden is irrigated under the sprinkling method under the canopy, micro-sprinkler irrigation system, Italian company “ Scova ” The studied varieties of apricot Silvercot Bella Dimola Pieve Kioto Portici Bergeron 3
