  • The design must solve the sun penetration and glare

issues by creating an interior shade design strategy for daylight hours without losing the outdoor views which give satisfaction and well-being to the employees.

  • The organization structure will be composed by

collaborative and private spaces, as well as rejuvenation areas to allow workers to have more flexibility and control when needed.

ASPECTS

Style, modernity, and a strong sense of femininity are the key elements of Chloe since its foundation. This year, Chloé is opening a new headquaters in Miami to intensify their accessories marketing in South Florida. The main purpose of this design is to create an environment that reflects Chloe’s ideology, which is to empower women to be themselves. The main goal of this design is to embrace Chloé’s modernity, femininity, and lightness into the workplace by incorporaring natural elements and forms. As well as, to develop a dynamic organization structure where there is collaboration and privacy in the workplace by creating flexible spaces where employees can work together or individually.
