Some interesting Information • Woollahra Council is a NSW, Sydney Council serving a population of over 55,000 • In the 2017 calendar year we processed - 5113 resident parking permits. • They are renewed every 12 months. • 65% of the applications are processed in person at the customer service counter. • In the 2017 calendar year we processed – 16,760 visitor permits (in batches of 5, 10 or 25) • Woollahra Council wanted to streamline the process for managing and processing for parking permits.
