Biogas and there Benefit

Biogas system generate renewable energy that will:

  • Avoided costs of waste or by-product management

removal;

  • Avoided costs of electricity supplied;
  • Avoided cost of generating heat or hot water with

electricity, coal, diesel or paraffin

  • Give security of supply (own generation capacity –

managing load shedding)

  • Replace fossil fuels with natural renewable fuel

slide-10
SLIDE 10
  • Modular integrated system
  • Small waste quantities from 5tons/day, on-site
  • Plant has small footprint (25 / 30 m)
  • Output from >18 kW(el) >20 kW(therm)
  • Imbedded self-usage less then 8% of total power

production

  • Utilization of “waste product”
  • Operation time not more then 2 hour/day
  • Double chamber AD plant, 12 % more Gas Production
