  • Teams from both Crown Point School Corporation Middle Schools were appointed to attend

this program.

  • Leaders from Indiana University’s School of Education and Kelley School of Business

presented best practices to the program participants over the course of a year. Emphasis was placed on positive and productive change in schools.

  • Projects were created and presented by all participating teams and implemented into school

cultures.

  • The Crown Point Teams worked closely together and began to develop a vision for

collaborative middle school programming in the Crown Point Schools.
