Why did we choose this topic?

Three main reasons:

 1. Increase of aggressive behaviour by enterpreneuers

and workers during inspection processes

 2. Perceived disease by inspectors to face these

increasing attitudes

 3. No specific training on this particular issue from the

behavioural point of view
