How is an ethics consult conducted?
1.) Bioethicist gathers informa/on and ini/al understanding by talking with the requester and
- ther involved par/es and reviewing the chart.
Bioethicist may also talk with leaders of medical, clinical, and organiza/onal departments.

How is an ethics consult conducted?
2.) ECCT can complete the consult by edi/ng/ accep/ng the Assessment, and may make a recommenda/on. Bioethicist enters consult into chart and follows up involved par/es.

3.) ECCT can otherwise complete the consult by mee/ng in person with involved par/es and upda/ng the Assessment, and may make a recommenda/on.

- CommiKee. The CommiKee can meet with
