How do you get to school? Split into lines according to your means of transport (Keep the distance to the north wall)

  9. Ambition Sometimes we work with different levels of ambition: Green: “I am happy to get a 4, but can live with a 2” Yellow: “I want to get 7, but hope for a 10” Red: “I will be disappointed if I do not get 10 or 12” Form three groups of color, within each color (green, yellow, red), split into brown and blue. Kasper further divide you into smaller groups of 4-5. Build a tower of ambition - highest tower from 20 pieces of A4.

Form up in 3 person groups in the middle of the room 4. Form up along the self-sufficient south wall 5. Form up along the self-sufficient south wall

  11. Study groups II Kasper lays out ground rules for groups A) You form your groups your self B) Teachers will help facilitate for those who do not have a group (ie. put pressure on existing small groups of same ambition level).

  12. Buddy for our new students To make the introduction to new students easier, I would like each of them to have a buddy: • Cantina, • Printers, • White building, • IT systems • Places to sit and study • … Who would like to give our new a tour of the building, and accept to receive huge amounts of questions with a smile over the next couple of months? • Buddies can defer questions to me if they need to
