Curriculum Coordinators/Administrators ▶ Provide support to teachers regarding curriculum, teaching strategies, pacing, continuity of learning, testing, etc. ▶ Provide Professional Development for Teachers ▶ Observe and provide feedback to teachers ▶ Interview, hire and provide support for new teachers ▶ Mentor, coach and guide long-term substitutes to ensure instruction meets quality expectation of Endeavor ▶ Provide student support (both in class and small group)
