The Endeavor Community - ADMINISTRATORS Curriculum Coordinators/Administrators ▶ Provide support to teachers regarding curriculum, teaching strategies, pacing, continuity of learning, testing, etc. ▶ Provide Professional Development for Teachers ▶ Observe and provide feedback to teachers ▶ Interview, hire and provide support for new teachers ▶ Mentor, coach and guide long-term substitutes to ensure instruction meets quality expectation of Endeavor ▶ Provide student support (both in class and small group)

Talk to your child’s teacher - Try new or adjust current strategies. ▶ If this is not effective, move to SST. ▶ Student Support Team - Multiple week process examining effectiveness ▶ of extra parent and school support and strategies Follow up meeting to make decisions about how to move forward ▶
