  10. Nominating Committee The Nominating Committee is a committee of the Constituency Meeting in Session. Therefore its work and reports are to be discussed at the Constituency Meeting. If there is any matter about the committee, the process or its membership, it is the Constituency Meeting that must deal with it at the time appointed. Model Conference Constitution Recommendation “The Conference in regular constituency meeting shall elect an Executive Committee which shall consist of the President, Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and _______additional elected members. [In conferences with a membership of 7,500 or more, the committee shall be nine or thirteen. ] The number of additional members shall be balanced as evenly as possible between laypersons and denominational employees, at least one of which shall be a field pastor, while ensuring that necessary skills are represented. ”
