- 20 year career in operational and strategic HR, and in consulting
for the last 15 years, including as a Director of two leading research and consultancy practices. She knows first hand the practical challenges of leadership.
- Leadership and Organisational development in the private,
public and not-for-profit sectors. Clients include PwC, Lexmark, Virgin Atlantic, John Lewis, The National Audit Office, various central government departments, The Port of London Authority and London Business School.
- Focusing on enabling change and helping people and teams be
the best they can be through delivering high impact leadership programmes and individual and team coaching. She works with CEOs, Executive level leaders and senior managers.
- Teaches on a Master programme in People and Organisational
Development.
