Insurance

  • Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance is paid by the

Franchise on behalf of the Personal Trainer

Advertising

  • All advertising costs (e.g. business cards and marketing) are

absorbed by the Franchise

Uniforms

  • Two uniforms, including shorts, polo shirt and training singlet are

provided at the commencement of employment.

  • An additional uniform is provided at each 6 month review.
  • Any other additional uniforms will be at the Personal Trainer‟s

expense.

Ongoing Education and Development provided through:

  • Weekly Team Meetings
  • All Personal Trainers are expected to attend - Monday at 12noon
  • One-on-One Weekly Trainer Meetings
  • Determine individual Weekly Goals to help you grow

  • Held infrequently, they are not compulsory but are recommended.

Bi-Annual Performance Assessments

  • A detailed Assessment Protocol is provided.
  • Performance is assessed on a 6 monthly basis.
  • Pay rises may be provided if:

An overall assessment score of 70% is maintained. 60% is maintained on each assessment area.

  • In conjunction with the above criteria, it‟s possible

to increase your income by:

  • 2 pay levels with a score above 80%, and by
  • 3 pay levels with a score above 90%.
