I would like to take this opportunity to thank the 28 judges, who have volunteered their valuable time and assistance in supporting us – some of you are here today. Your contribution as a judge is important to us, as it is imperative that the Judging Panel lends different perspectives, insights and feedback to the participating organisations. To our friends from the HR Fraternity and business partners, thank you for taking the time to join us

Each year, leading HR trailblazers and people management practices are honoured at the Singapore HR Awards, and new benchmarks and standards for the HR profession developed. Each Award is a distinctive recognition by SHRI to mark the successes and accomplishments of people managers. The Corporate HR Award is bestowed to organisations that have achieved overall effectiveness in their HR and people management practices, thus contributing to the needs of businesses, the profession, employees, industry and the nation. To be eligible for the Corporate HR Award, the applicant has to demonstrate effective, creative and proactive HR and people management practices in winning at least 4 awards. This must include at least 1 category each from the Business HR Awards, Leading HR Practices and Special Categories.

Reports for each of the Business HR Awards, Leading HR Practices and Special Categories should essentially answer the following questions:

- rganisation / profession. Please attach relevant documents (e.g. organisation’s newsletters,
brochures, videos / thumb drives, write-ups and/or testimonials) in support of your application.
- 2. Why do you think these HR practices are innovative and creative?
- 3. How have these HR practices contributed to the organisation and business needs?
- 4. How have these HR practices contributed to meet your employees’ needs?
- 5. How have these HR practices contributed to the profession / industry / community and / or
country?
