The USF dual credit course “Exploring the Teaching Profession” begins the process of preparing the teachers of tomorrow by providing them with experience today. The course was piloted in 2017 (at JTHS) and is now

USF recently announced its first four Noyce STEM Education Scholars. The program is being funded through the Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship grant, which was worth almost $1 million, and was awarded by the National Science Foundation.

The United States Department of Health and Human Services’ Advanced Nursing Education Workforce (ANEW) program grant, awarded to USF this past summer, will provide $1.45 million in funding, will bring together USF and the Will County Community Health Center (WCCHC).
