Since 2011 its attention is focused on R&D projects, making it become the main focus of its development project. 2019 is the year of birth of OMNINEXT which becomes a Holding of the participating group of companies in the Omnitech galaxy that gradually formed by developing important partnerships with IT industry players. OMNINEXT is a young and dynamic, ambitious and rapidly growing company committed to promoting through the projects of Industrial Research and Experimental Development it participates in, as well as the creation of innovative digital platforms in step with the times. DMS (Document Management System) software

What is a Document Management System?

A DMS is a system which has the goal to ease the handling of a large quantity of documents, by using a software solution to track, manage and store documents. Digital DMS solutions usually include an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) engine to extract data (full page extraction and/or specific fields extraction). DMS offer a range of benefits, depending on their application, but most notably they offer:

  • a huge save of time, as data input is largely automatized (without

DMS, a lot of time is spent to manually input data from documents)

  • reduced costs, both in terms of reduced consumption of paper,
