The two manufacturing sites are equipped with modern automated equipment from leading machinery producers, including laser-cutting equipment from AMADA and a fully automatic powder coating line, ITW GEMA (Swiss) Ideal Line (Denmark). Processes are optimized by automation equipment and balanced with manual assembly at critical points.

Assembly lines having geometry machines ensure stable construction of the cabinets. Metal cutting is performed with nitrogen (-200oC) which protects metal from rusting. All major product parts are made using stainless steel, guaranteeing long product’s life time. FREOR products are designed so that it would be easy to install them in the stores and easy to reach-in for the maintenance process.

smaller environmental footprint. Developing solutions to reduce energy consumption of refrigeration systems (Hydroloop System). Waste management, efficient use of resources, use of the energy from renewable resources. Using low GWP refrigerants including the natural refrigerants (propane R290, CO2). Using energy optimising components (compressors, fans, passive glass doors).

Propane R290 is a natural refrigerant, which does not have any impact on the ozone layer and is not harmful to the environment, moreover, its heat (or cold) transfer characteristics distinguished by higher efficiency. Propane driven refrigeration equipment becomes more attractive because of both green approach and reduced energy consumption.
