  16. Cedar Point Preserve/Black Hammock Island Trailheads • South Trailhead & Bridge open to public • North Trailhead to be complete in Nov. 2019

  17. Palms Fish Camp – Dock Expansion • Phase 1 complete. • Phase 2 Construction to complete in early 2020

  18. Ribault River – Channel Markers • Design/permitting complete. Bids opened Nov. 2019. Installation anticipated in Spring 2020.

  19. Mandarin Park – Dock Expansion & Kayak Launch • Design/permitting complete. Received 2019 FIND grant for construction. Advertise to bid in Spring 2020.

  20. Oak Harbor Boat Ramp ‐ Dredge • Design/permitting complete. Received 2019 FIND grant for construction. Advertise to bid in Spring 2020.

  21. Zoo Dock • New dock location with water taxi stop; coordinating design with zoo staff. • Potential construction project for next FIND grant cycle.

  22. Downtown Facility: St. Johns Marina ‐ Dredge • Dredge nearing completion; ramp to reopen by end of Nov. 2019
