There is a limited amount of scholarship money available to offset the cost of the Washington D.C. trip for families who are in need of financial assistance. There is a financial aid form which is available in the main office and will be posted online in the Washington DC link on the Middle School webpage. Please fill out the form and return it no later than OCTOBER 17th to Mr. Getman’s office There will be NO FULL SCHOLARSHIPS awarded this year. ALL STUDENTS (including those receiving scholarships) MUST REGISTER ONLINE WITH BRIGHTSPARKS BY THE DEADLINE OF OCTOBER 27, 2015. PLEASE CONTACT MRS. Students must have a medical form submitted for this trip!
Students that need medication must have their medication brought to school and given to
medical form and medication. These forms will be distributed at the parent meeting in
FORMS ARE RECEIVED. Medical forms are needed for all medication including, TYLENOL, ADVIL, TUMS, MOTION SICKNESS MEDICATION etc….. Students with medical needs will be travelling on bus with nurse.
