Warwick Summer School 2018 in London

Students on the Warwick Summer School in London will be taught by academics from
- ne of the UK’s leading Universities, whilst living in the beautiful London suburb of
Strawberry Hill. St Mary’s peaceful and self-contained campus is only 30 minutes from the heart of London, making this a unique “best of both worlds” experience. In addition to the excellent academic courses, students will also enjoy lectures from inspirational guest speakers as well as a fun and engaging social programme. There will be plenty of time in the programme for students to explore central London and the local area. Students who attended the 2017 Summer School were

All of our Summer School courses are three weeks long and are suitable for students who are currently studying (or who have previously studied) at undergraduate or postgraduate level. included: gold-medal winning Alpine skier, Kelly Gallagher, Nobel Prize Winner, Professor George Akerlof, Former Home Secretary Jacqui Smith and Former Cabinet Secretary, Lord Gus O’Donnell. The speaker programme is included in the tuition fee.

includes: a BBQ on arrival, an elegant welcome dinner on the River Thames, a lively curry, quiz and karaoke night, a choice of sports activities and a farewell graduation and awards ceremony on the fjnal day. Students will also get the opportunity to visit Warwick University’s main campus which lies a short journey north of London. In addition, we offer a number of optional trips, which students can pay for separately. These will include things such as: day trips to Oxford and Brighton, a tour of the Harry Potter Studios and tickets to some of London’s top attractions like the London Eye
