  • Remove anchor outs within a reasonable time;
  • Prevent vessel replacement slowing resolution;
  • Increase removal of noncompliant vessels;
  • Provide alternative housing for anchor outs;
  • Coordinate with marina operators to align Safe and Seaworthy Program standards with

marina berthing requirements and prevent vessels abandoned in local marinas from ending up on Richardson’s Bay; and

  • Address eelgrass damage and restoration.
