Make friends: re-establish partnerships with developing country allies to encourage other developed nations to increase their climate ambition Workstream 2: scale up implementation of 2020 targets & means of implementation  Climate finance: clarity on EU’s scale and sources pre and post -2020  Attention to adaptation and loss&damage  3. Tie your camel: ensure that the Paris Agreement includes a robust accounting framework to enhance transparency and accountability
