  10. WAY FORWARD • Implementation of Article 7(6) of the TFA is fundamental for measuring the efficiency of a Customs Administration . However, beyond the use of the TRS in a national environment, it can also be applied in an international environment With the TFA coming into force, there is a need for WCO to train • and accredit further TRS experts to enable Member countries to periodically carry out Time Release Studies independently. 12-Dec-17 10
