Situated in Coverack an unspoiled coastal village with its picturesque 18 th century harbor, sandy beach and cove with rock pools. The accommodation is approached via a private lane where there is parking for two cars. A path then leads you to the front of the house and the front garden and the most amazing sea views. Once in the house you are warmed by the terracotta tiled floor and modern kitchen. Beyond the kitchen is the large dining room with feature exposed wall and now you really are starting to feel like you are in the best beach house in Cornwall and you wouldn ’ t be far off the mark. The first floor sitting room is absolutely gorgeous with broad oak floor boards scrubbed and clean, a wood burning fire and large bay windows overlooking the sea, the perfect place to relax and contemplate, lookout for dolphins, seals and whales or watch the glorious sunrise. There is a quiet study area and then you enter the master bedroom with corner window seats, two further bedrooms are available and an amazing feature of the house is the loft style bedroom reached from wooden stairs. All the rooms in this house look out to sea!!! There is a store room for wet suits, surfboards and bicycles. You can leave the property from the front door straight on to the garden and terraces. The Watch house has the added benefit of being right on the South West Coastal path.
