  12. The Northern Cohort - 7 teams: 1. Administration and Project Management Team: facilitated the process 2. Scope Team: monitored scope alignment and creep 3. So. Cal Team Liaison: communicated progress and facilitated collaboration 4. Sponsor Liaison: worked with project sponsors focusing on project scope and deliverables 5. Assessment Team: conducted assessment, facilitated interviews, gathered data and developed report 6. Deliverables Team: conducted literature review and developed quick start guide 7. Presentation Team: refined findings and prepared the project and experience presentation 12
