• The use of the data respects the Law and the agricultural policies
• The confidential data are secured and strongly protected,
• The other data can be used for extended usages by external stakeholders. Depending of

the cases, the data are fully open or not (licenses).

If the law delegates to collective organizations or business companies,

• The farmer signs a business contract with a company. The contract describes the

• The farmer gives his consent to the company with whom he signed the contract.

• The trusted third party defines the collective R&D and innovation programs, and signs

contracts with organizations or businesses which run the collective programs.

• The farmer if a member of the trusted third party. He is represented by a federation.
• The farmer provides the data to the organizations or companies which run the

collective projects. These organizations or companies can also use the data provided from the public administrations, if the data are opened or non confidential,

• The farmer gives his consent to allow the usage of data for these programs.

• Recruit appropriate competencies for analyze big data volumes,
• Increase the transfers of knowledge with digital (e-Learning, social

network, etc.),

• Take into account the societal and economical impacts, due to the

developments of the digital usages.
