The Southern Indian Ocean Fisheries Agreement (SIOFA) 3 rd Compliance Committee ● Compliance Committee Terms of reference: – 1°) Monitor, review and assess implementation of CMM by CPs and CNCP: it is the fist time that CPPs send a compliance report to the SIOFA for evaluation by secretariat – 2°) Consideration and reviewing compliance with CMMs (CMMs amended) – 3°) Make recommendations to MoP on new compliance and management measures (CMMs)
