THE FUNDS FEES AND COSTS
Investment Commitment Payment to the Fund Call for Capital The investor signs the investment commitment.
The fund calls in the capital for payment. When the capital is payed to the fund, the investor is entitled to the profit and fortune.
Profits
The profits for the rental activity is payed out yearly to the investors. When an object is sold, the profits of the sales are payed out and the investors’ capital is returned.
Investment
The WGF-funds or the fund management company do not charge its investors for any expenses or fees. To cover the fund management company’s expenses, the WGF-funds pay management fee to the management company. The owner of the fund management company has also invested in the WGF-funds.
The figures used in the comparison are based on public information of Finnish real estate funds.

The WGF-Funds sells properties as
