Making the EU a best practice region on AMR Examples of concrete EC actions that can be integrated in the multi-professional/multi- dimensional approach to fight AMR • Supporting good practices in infection prevention and control • Support activities jointly funded by the EU and Member States for infection prevention and control in vulnerable groups, in particular to tackle resistant TB strains • Promote the uptake of vaccination in humans to prevent infections and subsequent use of antimicrobials
