A lifesaving collaboration between Magen David Adom UK, American Friends of Magen David Adom and the Government of Israel
The National Blood and Logistics Centre will be funded by a three- way partnership between the Government of Israel, the American Friends of Magen David Adom and Magen David Adom UK. The success of this project will guarantee Israel’s blood supply in the face of rapid population growth, the on-going threat of terrorism and the increasingly complex risks of cyber-attack.

SAFEGUARDING ISRAEL’S BLOOD SUPPLY
Demand for emergency blood supplies is projected to increase in line with the growth of Israel’s population. By 2030, 500,000 units per annum will be required, compared with just 270,000 units today.

THE NATIONAL ARCHIVE
A signifjcant space within the new campus will be assigned to the creation of Magen David Adom’s national archive. For the fjrst time the organisation will be able to house a set of all its records in one location (with off-site backups available elsewhere). This will include all medical, fjnancial and human resource (HR) documents, stretching back over the past eight decades.
