  3. Shuttle Bus Relocation Background: Shuttle bus operators currently have stops located on Beale Street between Mission Street and Howard Street. These stops must be relocated to accommodate Transit Center excavation. Operators : PresidiGo, Genentech, SF Minibus, Kaiser Permanente, and MV Transportation Proposal: Relocate shuttle bus stops as follows: • Howard Street: o Commute hours (6-9am and 3-6pm), 105 ft. of curb designated a passenger loading zone on the north side of Howard Street east of the Main Street intersection. o Non-commute hours, this zone would accommodate 5 parking stalls. • Main Street : 40 ft. of curb designated a passenger loading zone on the east side of Main Street north of the Howard Street intersection (all day).

Bicycle Sharing • Temporary Terminal has (10) bicycle racks which serve commuters with privately owned bicycles. • TJPA is also working with SFMTA staff who are launching a bicycle sharing pilot program. Potential installation sites adjacent to the Temporary Terminal have been discussed. • SFMTA has developed several layouts which are under review by TJPA.

  6. Accessibility • Temporary Terminal was designed to meet current accessibility codes. • Input was provided from Mayor’s Office of Disability as well as DPW’s Disability Accessibility Coordinator. •No accessibility issues reported.

  7. Operations •Linc Facilities continues to work closely with TJPA, AC Transit and Greyhound to maintain Temporary Terminal operations and security. •Transit rider restrooms used by approximately fifty passengers per day. •Temporary Terminal serves approximately 20,000 passengers per day and recently completed its one year anniversary of operations.
