In order to identify and define personal skills requirements in food job market for FSTs, 16 brainstorming workshops were we asked supervisors and managers during March 2010-Octomber 2011, in different countries, i.e.UK, France, Italy, Sweden,Greece, Belgium, Slovenia and Romania, to ‘brainstorm’ the ideal FST employee.
