Tools In order to identify and define personal skills requirements in food job market for FSTs , 16 brainstorming workshops were we asked supervisors and managers during March 2010-Octomber 2011 , in different countries , i.e.UK, France, Italy, Sweden,Greece, Belgium, Slovenia and Romania, to ‘brainstorm’ the ideal FST employee. Brainstorming Workshop results 1) all of the ideal skills identified by workshop participants, along with the sector of the participant who suggested that skill 2) a subset of ideal skills for which the participants gave their ideas on when, where and how the skills should be obtained.
