Ap Applyi ying g to Tournamen ments ts and Lea Leagu gues es

  • Discuss with your coach first what tournaments and leagues they would like for your team to

participate in throughout the season.

  • Keep in mind that TSC has reciprocal agreements with other clubs that we have to abide by so

tournaments should be chosen from this list. The list has been given to the coaches.

  • Research the deadline for each event and apply as soon as possible.
  • Some tournaments will have their own required medical releases and/or concussion forms separate

from the one the state requires.

  • U13 and older: D1 and D2 teams can qualify for Regionals/President’s cup – BE PREPARED and PLAN
  • AHEAD. Mark your Calendar. Plan for Cost, roster size, travel, etc.
  • Permission to travel (Travel Request) – made through Affinity and normally is an automatically

generated form. Different process this fall.

through at least August 29.

  • The process for receiving permission to travel out of state will look different this fall.
  • TSC will allow teams to attend tournaments out of state in August, provided that the particular state's

guidelines allow for youth / amateur sports to take place with contact.

  • Must have permission to travel and play out of state from BOTH TSC AND TSSA.
  • When selecting an event to attend please consider the community in which the event is held, and

their current status related to COVID-19 cases. Link to CDC website gthat addresses travel inside of the US: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/travel-in-the-us.html Process for Requesting Approval to Travel TSC: Request permission from your age group DOC
