New Delivery Formats

  • Mobile Trainings – Mobile learning is

any education or training delivered though a mobile device, either smartphone or tablet. We have updated 100+ trainings into a mobile/tablet friendly format (HTML5)

  • Microlearnings – Microlearning is a

way of instruction and delivering content to learners in small, very specific bursts. We have launched a math series of microlearnings to support and test this delivery format

TC3 Update 2019

State Survey and End User Survey Highlights

  • Web-based training format is still a high priority for states and end users
  • Course matrix view is needed to assist end users to find training
  • We need to continue to build job aids and checklists for states and end users
  • Video library is in demand by states and end users
  • Mobile trainings are on the rise
  • Microlearnings are also on the rise (important to have much needed topics)
  • New State scorecards will provide this much needed information
  • We need to work closely with State partners to promote TC3; market

materials/communication to State champions for internal distribution

  • State and end users are spreading the word through word of mouth, newsletters,

email blasts, forwarded emails, etc.
