We have updated 100+ trainings into a mobile/tablet friendly format (HTML5)  Microlearnings – Microlearning is a way of instruction and delivering content to learners in small, very specific bursts. We have launched a math series of microlearnings to support and test this delivery format

TC3 Update 2019 State Survey and End User Survey Highlights  Web-based training format is still a high priority for states and end users  Course matrix view is needed to assist end users to find training  We need to continue to build job aids and checklists for states and end users  Video library is in demand by states and end users  Mobile trainings are on the rise  Microlearnings are also on the rise (important to have much needed topics)  New State scorecards will provide this much needed information  We need to work closely with State partners to promote TC3; market materials/communication to State champions for internal distribution  State and end users are spreading the word through word of mouth, newsletters, email blasts, forwarded emails, etc.
