Routine
- Important about gaining “consistency”
- If we repeat the same process again and again, that
is the consistency we strive for
- Control the elements we can control, e.g. our brains
and thoughts
- Important for getting mentally prepared to hit the
putt “not every putt will go in, but we can prepare and plan for it to do so”

Green Reading
- You will need to aim higher than you realise
- Dependant on the pace you hit the putt at
- Dependant on whether your start line is
square, left or right
- Downhill putts with of equal break, will turn
more than uphill putts

Pace Control
- Will depend on your green reading
- Very important for long putts
- Poor pace control will be main reason you 3
putt – hard to hit the ball 6 feet wide, easy to leave it 6 feet long or short.
Starting Ball Online
- Depends on how well you read putts
- Depends if you trust your read
- Depends on how functional your
putting stroke is
