Production capacities of Volkhov aluminium plant as part of the reorganization are divided between three independent enterprises: − LLC «Parosilovoe hozyaystvo - Volkhov» (heat and energy generating capacities); − VAZ-SUAL branch of the OJSC «SUAL» «Volkhov aluminium» (aluminium production capacity); − CJSC Metakhim (chemical production).

Tseprus
In 2008 the bankruptcy procedure was initiated against LLC «Nemansky PPM», and economic activities were discontinued in January 2014. The company is being managed by a liquidation committee.
The enterprise was included in the HELCOM’s list of hot spots as a large contributor of pollutants (pulp and paper industry) into the Neman River.

Sulfite pulp production is closed. The enterprise has stopped its activities. The unit for the production of lignosulfonates, the oxygen bleaching plant of mass, the PM 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9 was dismantled. The building of the former paper unit No. 2 was

Nemansky PPM
Sulfite pulp production is closed. The company produces paper from imported raw materials, regeneration cookers, lime regeneration kilns on the enterprise are absent, because their use is not provided technology.
