Why do partners think Sutton Health and Care should provide community services together?

  • We are the local partners and believe in Sutton
  • We can build upon our agreed ways of working – starting with at

Home

  • It means we can focus in the next 2 years on what is the right

model of care for local people not on our individual organisations

  • r competition
  • It means all staff can be involved in the work with the confidence
  • f knowing what is agreed will be implemented in practice

…....we can focus on what is important!
