Assumptions 2017-18 will be a very t ight financial year due t o ant icipat ed budget reduct ions needed t o balance IS U’s budget Tuit ion and fee increases should be kept t o a minimum Request s t hat only cover exist ing st aff salary and benefit increases will be given priorit y over request s t hat include expansion of services/ new init iat ives S t udent fee receiving depart ment s will also have t o cut t heir budget s whet her t hey receive an increase or not
