Conclusions  MICE is proceeding towards Step IV  Many achievements in last six months: – New organisation with change of spokesperson – Mechanical and electrical integration being achieved – Hydrogen absorber inserted into FC – RF power in MICE Hall milestone achieved – Partial Return Yoke design achieved: out to tender – Target doubled rate and proton absorber completed – EMR delivered and running well – Spectrometer solenoid SS2 integrated with tracker 2 and SS1 completed at Wang NMR, ready for shipping  Focus coil status, schedules and resources to be shown by Roy Preece and Alan Grant in next talks 26 MICE OsC Meeting, RAL, 24 April 2014
