Siting & Construction Issues •Placement of 345 kV line adjacent to I-90 fence to minimize impacts •Schedule construction work to avoid impacts to Bald Eagle nest •Best Management Practices during construction – Erosion control measures – Winter construction •Landowners compensated for damages caused by construction

  11. Stipulation Agreement •Xcel Energy and the Commission Staff have entered into a settlement agreement.

  12. Xcel Energy respectfully requests approval of the Facilities Permit requested in EL05-023.
