STREETS & MOBILITY (CONTINUED) GOSPEL ROCK VILLAGE ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION is supported by a “layered approach” that includes: • Ensuring the regional network (Gibsons PRATT RD Way - Pratt - Chaster) provides ample capacity for vehicle trips; • Providing a well-designed street network to support transit access; • Enhancing pedestrian facilities (for walking and biking) within the CHASTER RD proposed network to make alternatives ROSAMUND RD more enjoyable and attractive; and, • Establishing a mix of uses and services within the village to help reduce the number of vehicle trips generated. 18 July 2017 | Presentation to Council’s Committee of the Whole
