Explanation of Positions

• Ministry Focus Leaders: Board members in charge of one (1)

focus area (Hospitality, Community, Worship, Discipleship) *Attends team meetings once a month

• Ministry Partners (MPs): Volunteers who commit to helping

administer their selected focus area *Not required to attend monthly meetings

• Support Team members: Prayer team and support

(photography, videography, group facilitators, etc.)

Explanation of Model

• This model is intended to enable board members to develop and

strategize how they would personally like to embody our mission.

• While the SLB president may have ideas for programs in each

focus area, he/she will not be able to maintain each area individually.

• This model serves to strengthen board members to cultivate
• wnership of their giftedness within the ministry focus area.
