A PEOPLE-FIRST PLAN TO HELP COWORKING MEMBERS THRIVE

The following pages outline new health and safety protocols that we’ve developed after consulting guidance from the CDC, OSHA, and a panel of expert advisors. These measures are designed to give our members what they need not only to feel comfortable going back to the

• ffice but to thrive there, and to feel proud and

excited to return.

MEMBER/GUEST ACCESS

Upon entry into CoWorking with Wisdom there will be a table set up with a contactless temperature check, contactless hand sanitizer dispenser, disinfectant wipes, complimentary masks and gloves and informative materials in regards to Covid-19 handling and prevention. We kindly ask that you wear a mask in all common areas other than your open office room or private

• ffice.

*CWW staff will be required to wear masks at all times.

COMMUNAL SPACES

We've configured the furniture in our new communal areas to help members stay 6 feet apart throughout their workday. Communication visuals have also been placed throughout the space to remind members about hygenic best practices and the importance on maintaining a safe distance. All common spaces will have hand sanitizer and sanitizer spray with wipes.

CONFERENCE ROOMS

Our conference rooms have been adapted to give occupants more personal space. We've reduced capacity by removing chairs and installing visual cues that idicate where each chair should be placed. There will be scheduled down time between each conference room booking to enable cleaning before/after each reservation.

CoWorking With Wisdom recommends that all desks be spaced 6 feet apart. In addition, staggered or rotating schedules are recommended when possible to lower the number of people in a space at any given time.

To increase airflow and minimize airborne we have put in place Dyson air purifiers in the common rooms and have adjusted the filters in

• ur ventilation. For private offices with

windows, we recommend opening the windows during the warms periods of the year and also purchasing air purifers for your private space.
